Pricing questions
Do your prices include GST?
No. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST of 10% is added to your invoice, and you get a tax invoice every month.
What happens after the free trial?
Your card is charged for your plan on day 15. Cancel any time before then and you won't pay a cent.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down any time from the billing page. Changes are pro-rated automatically.
What counts as a user?
Anyone on your team who logs in to the CRM. Customers, signing pages and your public showroom don't count.
Are calls and SMS included?
Calls, texts and phone numbers are billed at cost, exactly what our carrier charges, with no mark-up.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Onboarding help and stock import are included on every plan.
